At Shop Stevie, an item may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 21 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused and unworn condition as shipped to the customer with the original tags still on the item. Refunds will be issued to the card used when placing the order. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to go back to your account. Items received after 21 days, or without the original tag or with signs of wear will be refunded via store credit. Shop Stevie provides easy return labels for your return. These Easy Labels are free for all customers wanting to receive their refund via store credit or make an exchange. A $10.00 Easy Label fee will be kept from your refund for all other returns. Returns can also be dropped off at their store front. Any item received back for a return that is not in the original unused and unworn condition with the original tags still on the item will not be refunded and can will be only refunded via store credit. Items with make up stains, pet hair, perfume or other strong odor are a few examples of items that cannot be refunded at all, even for a store credit.
